The furnishings have that modern German efficiency thing going on, but warmer somehow. Clean lines, good lighting, and everything just… works. The shower pressure was excellent, which honestly matters more than fancy marble when you’ve been walking around Dresden’s cobblestones all day.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. Being near the university means there’s some energy during the day – students grabbing coffee, medical staff heading to shifts – but evenings are properly peaceful. Parking was straightforward too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate Dresden’s old town with a rental car, you’ll know is basically a miracle. The 8.6 rating makes sense when you experience the place – it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top luxurious, but everything is done well. The kind of spot where business travelers doing research stays at the university hospital mix with tourists who want apartment-style comfort without paying city center prices.   Im Gegensatz zu anderen privaten Anbietern in Dresden, war dieses Appartement sehr modern, hell, großzügig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war Gold wert! Wir konnten alles gut mit Taxi oder PKW erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke
