Cotta’s not where the tour buses go, but it’s properly connected – you’re on the S1 line and honestly, getting into Dresden’s center is quicker than I expected. Plus you’re living alongside actual Dresdeners doing their grocery shopping and walking their dogs, not just other tourists taking selfies. The neighborhood has this quiet, residential vibe in the evenings that I found myself looking forward to after long days exploring the city. There’s a decent bakery just down the street (the kind where they actually know regulars’ orders), and I stumbled across this little Turkish place that does better döner than anywhere I found in the Altstadt. The whole area just feels real, if that makes sense – like Dresden without the performance. Sure, it’s not going to win any architectural awards, but sometimes you want a place that feels like home base rather than another stop on the sightseeing circuit.   Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung in Dresden zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten!
  Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem!
  Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von der modernen Betten bis hin zu den stilvollen Möbeln, man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail investiert wurde.
  Ein weiteres Highlight war die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, die den Check-in-Prozess extrem unkompliziert und stressfrei gemacht hat. Zudem war der private Parkplatz ein großer Vorteil, da wir uns keine Gedanken über die Parkplatzsuche in der Stadt machen mussten.
  Insgesamt kann ich diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Sie bietet nicht nur Komfort und Stil, sondern auch eine hervorragende Lage, um die Schönheit Dresdens zu erkunden. Ich freue mich schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

  It was a two bedrooms flat on high floor with parking lot. Specious area for five adults moving around. Nice facilities in kitchen for cooking. Good check in instructions and landlord responded quickly. The property was on a quiet area with tram stops in walking distance.

  Per freundlichem Telefonanruf wurde der Austausch abgestimmt, und ohne unser Zutun durchgeführt.
  Die Lage war perfekt – in einer Nebenstrasse, aber total Verkehrsgünstig.
