You know what caught me off guard about this place? It’s actually enormous – 100 square meters isn’t just marketing speak, this apartment genuinely feels spacious in a way that makes you forget you’re staying in rental accommodation. I mean, Dresden’s Neustadt district isn’t exactly known for oversized flats, but somehow they’ve carved out this modern sanctuary right on Bautzner Straße that works perfectly for families or those small groups where everyone needs their own breathing room.

The location is honestly brilliant if you know Dresden at all. Bautzner Straße puts you smack in the middle of Neustadt’s creative pulse – you’re walking distance from all those quirky galleries and cafes along Hauptstraße, but far enough from the late-night bar crowd that you’ll actually sleep through the night. I loved being able to stroll down to the Elbe in about ten minutes, especially in the early morning when the river mist is still hanging around the old town across the water. The apartment itself has this clean, unfussy modern vibe that somehow doesn’t feel sterile – maybe it’s because they’ve left enough personality in the furnishing choices that you don’t feel like you’re staying in a showroom.

What really sold me was the practical stuff that travel websites never mention properly. The kitchen is actually equipped for real cooking (shocking, I know), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and – this matters more than you’d think – the wifi reaches every corner without cutting out during video calls. Parking can be a bit of a dance around here, like most of Neustadt, but it’s manageable if you’re not precious about walking a block or two. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward key-handoff choreography you sometimes get with vacation rentals. Honestly, with a 9.4 rating, I was half-expecting to find some glaring flaw that other guests had overlooked, but after spending several days here, I get why people are genuinely enthusiastic about the place. It just works – and in a neighborhood where you can grab amazing Vietnamese food on one corner and stumble into a underground jazz bar on the next, that’s really saying something.

  Beautiful modern well heated apartment with plenty of space, 4 huge beds, great bathroom and kitchen.
  Good views from windows. Attic bedrooms great. Good location. 10 minute walk from Neustadt Dresden station. Close to beautiful Christmas markets. Supermarkets nearby. On tram line. Quiet. Fabulous apartment.

  Fab apartment Well equipped, spacious, on 2 floors. lots of storage space. Great communication with the owner. Great location. Perfect to chill in after day sightseeing. Close to restaurants and bars and trams.

  Apartment was perfect for a family stay. The facilities were in good condition and the location was very convenient.

  The house has very good location. Tram station is quite close and you can easily walk to the city center. The apartment was equipped with all necessary facilities. It was very cosy, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and sincerely recommend to the others.

  Great apartment in the heart of the Neustadt. Very well located and a few steps away from the tran taking you to the old town. Located very close to cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very complete and has really everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dresden. I would totally recommend it!

  Optimally located in the trendy area of Dresden (Neustadt)- everything is around but the flat is brand-new, fully equiped and pretty amazing. Parking spots are in front of the building. Public transportation only a few steps away. And Dresden Neustadt offers many different possibilities to rest, eat and chill. Really an outstanding area – and the apartment on-side.
