  The location in the Neumarkt area was very interesting. Busy with other Weihnachtsmarkt tourists. The location was very convenient. You could hear noise from the street often, but it was quiet during sleeping hours. Kitchen was well-equipped. All facilities in the bathroom/WC worked well. Wonderfull Christmas markets within easy walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: We were pleased to learn that there was a small washing machine, but nothing in the description made us aware of that beforehand – the information could attract some renters who are deciding on a location. We stayed in a great room, but Internet connection was weak until the reception provided us with a "Gigacube" which I think was an LTE modem. No further problems. The apartment seemed well-insulated, and the living room was even a bit too warm at times, as we didn't see a control to turn its heater down.
