  What could be improved: Rooms are cold and temperatures are set to 21C which you cannot change.
  Check in-out hours are bad. 16:00 for check in and 10:00 is bad compared to typical 11:00-14:00 check in-out hours. They claim its for cleaning but you are expected to take out trash and clean which is another unexpected experience.
  Late checkout fee is 30 euro which is too expensive compared to daily rate of room.

  Die Lage war prima, die Ausstattung wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes – alles war bequem und ausgesprochen sauber und modern.
  Man ist ganz schnell an der Haltestelle Japanisches Palais oder am Bahnhof Neustadt. Von dort aus kommt man überall hin. Parken vor der Tür für 6€ am Tag war gar kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

  – The information location about the apartment don't clear. You can find location 2d palais ( there are 2a-2d number apartment)
  – The apartment is 1floor , If you have many luggages or heavy baggages you can use elevator or lift.
  – The kitchen or kitchen equipment are perfect, I believe you can enjoy cook breakfast or dinner every day555

  – The owner provide many size of towes,l shower cream, shampoo with conditioner. The mirror is big and you use outside the bathroom to dress yourself with private clothing area
  – Many socket and more beautiful lamps near two bed.
  – Big refrigerator and oven. Large windows and park view.
  – 2 trashcan with yellow and red color . You will separate waste food or drink before you drop or throw in rubbish
  – There are many restaurants and supermarket near the apartment
  – Near tram station and you can walk across Elbe river to visit old town.
  – I suggest you walking survey old town and castle in dresden at .early morning and then walking along the river in the late evening.The good weather and really beautiful old important building views beside the river road
  – I recommend prague one day trip.You take ralijet about 2.5-3 hours.from Dreden Newstad station. The other trip is around Rathen village about 1 hours, it is near dresden, beautiful Elbe river view and Bastei sightseeing (Saxon Switzerland)

We think it doesn't work .We face many problems with automatic door.We are try to open many times so the door is automatic open and almost don't open suddenly555. You will find only technique to open ja. I stay 4 nights . When we go outside, I fear only thing about cannot open the door5555. I call to the reception vyld many time about code door open.

  Very easy communication with the host. Getting into the apartment was simple. The apartment looks brand new, very clean, and it is big. We liked the central location very much, everything important was reachable on foot. We very much enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. There was coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all the necessary dishes and everything. Dishwasher is also inculded, big big plus!
  
  What could be improved: The property was perfect, but the parking is tricky. In front of the building a lot of cars are constantly parking in prohibited zones like bus parking spaces and outside of the designated parking zone. I for example found the last space in the evening but a part of my car was over some markings and I got fined 25 Euro. Yes, that is the rule so my fault, but be careful when parking here in these streets!

  The apartment is nice with a view on trees. The bathroom and kitchen are light and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: it was a bit diffucult to find the right entrance and the right door bell. Especially at night the right door bell was difficult to identify.
