  Lokalita je skvělá hlavně pro mladé cestovatele. Byt se nachází v alternativní čtvrti, v blízkosti mnoha zajímavých a cenově dostupných restaurací. Spojení tramvají do historického centra je velmi rychlé, dokonce se dá do centra pohodlně dojít i pěšky.
