  Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, was ein guter Pluspunkt war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut mit allem ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe läuft reibungslos ab.

  Квартира находится в тихом жилом районе недалеко от живописного берега Эльбы.Также в паре остановок находится крупный торговый центр Эльбе – Парк. В квартире, в принципе, все есть для комфортного проживания. Очень тепло. Не пришлось сильно включать батареи – хорошая теплоизоляция. Большой балкон.

  Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem angenehm ruhigen Haus.
  Ein gemeinschaftlicher abschließbarer Keller für E-Bikes war auch vorhanden.
  Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und
  die Küche hat nichts vermissen lassen. Für die Kaffeemaschine werden Kapseln benötigt.
  Das fanden wir sehr praktisch. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett, informativ und problemlos.
  Die Lage zur Altstadt und Elbe war sehr gut.
  
  What could be improved: Es gab nur eine eingeschränkte Möglichkeit für die Aufhängung für Kleidung (Kleid, Rock etc.).

  Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unser Vermieter hat sich sofort um unsere Belange gekümmert. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

  Nice apartment in a calm place. It is pleasant, has good bed, pretty big room, big balcony with a table and seats, and there is a free parking area, I saw couple of free places and successfully parked my car both nights.
  Kitchen is a plus.

  What could be improved: Unfortunately had WiFi issues, and it was strongly needed for my work, but I believe host resolves this.
  I wold like to have conditioner as it was pretty hot outside and inside 🙂
