  Lage , nah an der Elbe , 5 km bis Dresden Innenstadt.
  Auf Rücksprache wurde erlaubt das ein Hund mitkommen kann.
  Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingeräumt, es war alles vorhanden.
  Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
  Betten waren Bequem . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Schöne Restaurants ebenfalls um die Ecke.
  
  What could be improved: Cerankochfeld wies Einschlag auf , dies wäre schön zu wissen damit man nicht erst denkt das man es selber war.

  Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle und daher mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Vom Hauptbahnhof Dresden muss man einmal von der Straßenbahn in den Bus umsteigen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Standseilbahn, Schwebebahn und Blauem Wunder. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Eine kleine Küchenecke mit Herd, großem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
  
  What could be improved: Geschirr, Gläser und Töpfe/Pfannen waren in oberen Küchenschränken untergebracht. Dort kommt man nur mit 1,93 Meter Körpergröße oder einem Stuhl hin. Vielleicht könnte das Geschirr in den großen Schrank im Wohnraum geräumt werden? Das Schlafzimmer ist ein fensterloser Raum, für Frischluftliebhaber kann das ein ernstes Problem darstellen.

  Хорошее расположение. Тихое место. Есть своя парковка. Чисто. Кухня оборудована.
  
  What could be improved: Помещение находится в полу подвале и плохо проветривается. Спальня устроена в изолированном помещении. Без окон, без вентиляции. Кровать, хоть и двуспальная, но узкая и расположена так, что невозможно встать не потревожив другого. Посоветовал бы поменять подушки. Очень неудобно спать. Нет шкафа для одежды, хотя-бы вешалки.

  Дуже затишні і комфортні апартаменти зі всім необхідним для відпочинку впродовж декількох днів. Дуже зручно, що надається паркомісто під час перебування. Господарь дуже швидко реагує на всі питання. Мені і моїм батькам було дуже приємно тут відпочивати. Для 4 осіб міста цілком достатньо. Ціна цілком відповідає якості.
