  Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten, sowohl die Sitzmöbel als auch das Bett fand ich sehr bequem.
  Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch verkehrsgünstig: die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum damit gut erreichbar. Ebenso gut kann man die Umgebung (z. B. Radebeul) erkunden. Bäckereien und ein großer Supermarkt sind innerhalb einiger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, so daß man rundum versorgt ist.

  What could be improved: 3 Tage kein Internet, Vermieterin hat sich aber bemüht mit der Telekom das Problem zu beheben.
  Balkon 1. Obergeschoss, alle Mieter laufen daran vorbei, also sehr unruhig. Nebengrundstück Schrauberwerkstatt, nach 20 Uhr sehr laut .
  Volle Mülltonnen in Auffahrt die ganze Woche nicht geleert worden.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, top sauber und gepflegt. Der kleine, sonnige Balkon und die gute Lage (Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke) haben uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt!
