  The host was accommodating—allowing us the early access to drop off the luggage. The apartment totally exceed our expectations. It is spacious. The kitchen is very well appointed. We were able to cook dinner with the equipments. The entire apartment was very clean.

  Very convenient location. Perfectly furnished apartments. We found everything we needed for a short stay. The old town and attractions are a 5-minute walk away. Nearby there is a restaurant and a preparation room. Spacious, clean, comfortable apartments for a group of 6 people. Convenient parking in the underground parking lot.

  really good place to stay with your family, two bedrooms, everything is well organized and you'll find everything you need. 5min walk distance to the city center, museums and trade mall. Parking is also available with no extra fee.

  Modern and big apartment just 5 minutes walk from Dresden old town. Clean, very big windows facing a main street but at the same time quiet and with parking on the underground garage.
  
  What could be improved: The only minus is that it was rather complicated to get the keys with the contactless check in.

  I am giving a full 10 points because of the total value of the facility, communication with staff, and the following reasons:
  
  1) Ideal for a 4-5 family stay, even for one night ( our case – 4 member family)
  2) Close enough (10-15 minutes kids pace walk from old town)
  3) Fully equipped apartment. Everything you need in a house was there.
  4) You can smoke on the balcony available on the dinning area. (I did not found the ashtrey, but used my portable)
  5) Clean, neat, more than sufficient towels, confortable beds (depends on prefference, for us, as we needed), ideal disposal of the 2 bedrooms = privacy for adults
  6) Excelent equipped kitchen. There was NOTHING missing.
  7) A bathtub and a shower available. WOW! With that comes 2 WC – very usefull thing in the morning !!
  8) Curtains and blinds to help you sleep untill 9, in almost darkness.
  9) Variety of tea and coffe (tchibo capsule machine available) – thank you !!!
  10) Garrage parking ( dry and SAFE!)
  
  On a personal note, this was a very short, but a very pleasant stay. I am confidently recomend it for any family that wish to spent more than a day in Dresden ( we were just passing). It feels like comming just home after a bussy day ( in our case shopping and sight seeing)
  
  What could be improved: Since I did not miss anythig for a short time stay, there is nothing to complain about. BUT:
  1)For anybody that uses booking.com, make sure that you check your SPAM inbox. There you will find access codes for entering the facility, via sms (maybe complicated for foreign SIMs), BUT, staff helped us to get inside (remotelly openned the doors). And for that, thank you!!
  
  2) two sets of keys could be a good ideea, so the family can have separate program, and to be able to enter the facility
  
  3) I was not able (did not find a guide) to modify the room temperature, but the default settings were, for us just accurate
