  Das war mein zweiter Besuch in der Unterkunft.
  Die S Bahn ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen und man braucht kein Auto für Unternehmungen.
  Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
  Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr nett.
  Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus.
  Absolute Empfehlung.

  Wohnung im 1. Stock. Neubau, gerade fertig geworden. Parkplatz auf offener, unbefestigter Fläche direkt neben dem Haus. Aufzug im Haus. Sehr gute Anbindung mit Straßenbahn in die Stadt. Bäckerei in der Nähe. LIDL auch. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit schönem Balkon. Großes Bett und Bad. Auf den Fotos wirkt sie eher wie ein dunkles Kellerloch. Da kann man noch nachbessern. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der auch im Haus wohnt.
  
  What could be improved: Das Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig. Das macht keinen guten Eindruck. Eine Bratpfanne für die Küche ist schön.

  Mieszkanie komfortowe, z podstawowym domowym wyposażeniem. Dużym plusem było miejsce parkingowe obok budynku, bliskość przystanku tramwajowego z którego bezpośrednio można było dojechać do centrum. W okolicy Lidl i kawiarnie.

  Das Appartement ist wunderschön eingerichtet.
  Alles neu möbliert, alles sauber.
  Es gibt keine Mängel.
  Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.
  Preis unschlagbar.
  2 Minuten bis zur S – Bahn und man braucht das Auto nicht nutzen um Dresden zu erkunden. Besser geht es nicht. Absolut zu empfehlen.
  Wir mieten es auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke.
