  Sehr gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden, fußläufig gibt es einen Biergarten und alle Geschäfte, die man benötigt (Rewe, dm, Apotheke, Imbiß) Sehr gute Anbindung mit der Tram in die Innenstadt.

  Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
  Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer insgesamt äußerst sauber. Die Ausstattung von Zimmer und Küche war wirklich gut durchdacht und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Besonders die Aussicht vom Balkon war ein Highlight – einfach wunderschön!
  Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Es war leider kein Duschgel vorhanden.
  Dafür war der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und stand stets im Kontakt, was ich als sehr positiv empfunden habe.
  Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – ich würde wiederkommen!

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Wohnung mit Dachterrasse genossen – der Ausblick ist einfach herrlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles war tip top sauber und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und versorgen mit allen wichtigen Infos. Der Schlüssel wird ganz unkompliziert digital zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass wir sogar einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dabei hatten und ein Netflix-Konto am TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Bäcker und ein einladender Biergarten direkt an der Elbe sind in direkter Umgebung zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die öffentliche Anbindung der Straßenbahn ist ebenfalls quasi vor der Haustüre. Es war alles perfekt – danke an die Gastgeber Philipp und Thomas!

  The hosts are super easy to connect with, they are really invested in making sure the guests are welcomed, that all information is available to the guests prior to the arrival. Every time I messaged them, I received a response almost instantly. The hosts are kind, generous (e.g. lots of coffee capsules available to the guests, extra towels, wine upon arrival) and thoughtful. The apartment is large, and comfortable, stylish, with lots of character and beautiful views of the city.
  
  What could be improved: Given the size of our party (3 people), we had to use the sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable and it's a bit hard. I would suggest replacing it in the near future.

  The Apartment was amazing! Anything you could probably need was there (and even more!) The apartment is situated near many shops and public transportations stops. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. It was really clean and well organized. The view in the living room was beautiful. I can imagine having a nice breakfast on the balcony, when the weather will be a bit better again. The parking in the garage is also a great advantage. The host contacted us before our stay and also during it.
  We plan to come back to Dresden in spring/summer and we will be definitely staying here again!
