The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for a European city center stay – three rooms that actually feel like rooms, not those cramped hotel boxes you usually get. There’s something refreshingly honest about calling it what it is: a luxury home, not a hotel suite with pretensions. The setup works perfectly if you’re staying more than a night or two (which you should in Dresden, trust me). I particularly loved having that proper living area where you can spread out with a coffee and actually plan your day, maybe catch up on some reading between all the palace-hopping you’ll inevitably do. The kitchen situation is solid too – not that you’ll want to cook much with all those Saxon restaurants calling your name, but it’s nice having the option for breakfast or a quick snack.

What really sells this place, though, is how it puts you right in the rhythm of Dresden life. You’ll hear the church bells – which sounds romantic until 6 AM, but honestly, you get used to it and it becomes part of the charm. The Altstadt buzz happens right outside your door, but somehow the apartment stays quiet enough for proper sleep. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area (isn’t it always in these old European city centers?), but the trade-off is worth it – you can walk to the Zwinger, the Royal Palace, even across to the Neustadt district without breaking a sweat. That 9.7 rating makes perfect sense once you’re there; it’s one of those places that just gets the details right without making a big show of it. The kind of spot where you actually feel like you’re living in Dresden for a few days, not just passing through with a suitcase.

  Staff, furniture, view, location.
  Clean, luxury furniture and ambience, everything in this property is fantastic.
  I will come back for sure.
  The billiard room and the view, along with the super spacious two bedrooms with private bathrooms made everything fantastic.
  The balcony is also a plus with the view to the main square directly.

  Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit exklusiver Ausstattung. Selbst die Einbauküche war sehr hochwertig und hat uns viel Freude beim Kochen bereitet. Die Lage gegenüber der Frauenkirche war perfekt, vom Balkon hatte man einen tollen Ausblick.

  The location of the apartment is ideal as you can access it directly by taking the elevator to your door. The apartment is fabulous with modern and spacious interiors. It is also super clean with lots of natural light streaming in through the windows. In case you plan to stay more than a night, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Additionally, the apartment has a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the great view. The area is very quiet, making it an excellent choice for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend it!

  What could be improved: Please beware that apparently there is some confusion with a cleaning fee, property messaged me right after booking that the website shows the fee included in the price while it’s not and I would have to pay it additionally. We sorted it out but still cost us some time fighting it.
