  Die Lage war gut.
  
  What could be improved: Die Unterkunft lag im Souterrain und hatte kein WLAN. Dies war in der Offerte nicht ersichtlich. Die zugehörigen Parkplätze waren anderweitig besetzt. Im Küchen- und Wohnbereich gab es unangenehme Gerüche. Die Unterkunft wirkte leider nicht gemütlich und wohnlich.

• Schöne und ruhige geräumige Ferienwohnung im Außenbereich von Dresden – Heike from Germany – June 2, 2025 (8/10)

  Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Besonders schön war die kleine Außenterrasse. Alles war sauber, die Betten bequem und es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, die Wohngegend ist dafür ruhig und es gibt direkt in der Nähe Busverbindungen in die City.

  Gute und ruhige Lage, schöne Möblierung und schöne Terrasse
  
  What could be improved: Bei Ankunft wirkte die Wohnung, als ob sie nicht zeitnah gereinigt wurde, sondern vor ca 3 Wochen (Spinnenweben und ein vertrockneter Blumenstrauß – nett gemeint). Ein Handfeger/Staubsauger wären gut gewesen, dann hätte man zwischendurch selbst seine Krümel beseitigen können. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, jedoch wären ein paar grundlegende Dinge noch schön, z. B. Schneidebrett, Pfannenwender, (Pasta)Sieb.
