The morning light coming through the windows, with views of the historic square… it’s the kind of thing that makes you want to linger over coffee instead of rushing off to tick boxes on your itinerary. And parking? Well, this is the old town, so you’re better off using the tram system anyway – but there are options nearby if you absolutely need them.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Dresden at least two months ahead for major events like the Dresden Music Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near historic attractions.

  Excellent accommodation. At night it was very quiet, so I could sleep with the windows open. Everything was of great quality: bed, shower, tv, lighting.
  The location was excellent, I enjoyed the roof terrace with some gelato. The entry was very well secured and maintained.
