  The location is very easy to find and offers convenient access to the city center on foot, by bike, or by public transport. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it suitable even for longer stays. For an experienced driver, entering and exiting the parking space is fairly easy, even with a mid-size SUV like a Hyundai Tucson. The host is kind, helpful, and discreet. All of his instructions were clear and easy to follow.

  Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Tramhalte op korte loopafstand. Binnen 10 min met de tram in het centrum.

  Dużo możliwości parkowania na ulicy, niedaleko mały park i sklepy/restauracje. Tramwajem można dojechać do samego centrum.
  
  What could be improved: Parking podziemny bardzo wąski, a miejsce parkingowe na -2 piętrze, posiadacz Combi albo dużego SUV powinien zapomnieć, że da radę wjechać i wyjechać bez uszkodzenia auta. Okna wychodzą na zakład odpowiedzialny za odpady z miejskiej kliniki, także odgłos wyrzucanych śmieci także w weekend. W nocy obudził nas helikopter lądujący w pobliskim szpitalu.
  Koszt 45€ za psa, kiedy byliśmy na miejscu w sumie ok 24h stanowczo za wysoki.

• Nette zentrumsnahe Stadtwohnung – Schütte from Germany – October 6, 2024 (8/10)

  Die Wohnung zentrumsnah fußläufig alles zu erreichen oder mit der SBahn, lag in einer verkehrsruhigen Seitenstraße. Ein kleiner Park war gleich gegenüber. Größer als erwartet, war die Wohnung sehr nett, die Küche modern mit allem ausgestattet, Aufzug und Tiefgarage, alles o.k. Den Hund durften wir mitbringen. Das war wunderbar.
  
  What could be improved: Der Versorungshof des Krankenhauses lag direkt unter dem Balkon und dort begann man um 6 Uhr in der Frühe mit der Arbeit. Bis abends um Zehn schepperte es dort reichlich. Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hatte störte es ziemlich.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zwiedzaliśmy Drezno nie korzystając z komunikacji miejskiej. Super, że było miejsce w garażu podziemnym, choć trzeba się było gimnastykować większym samochodem na zakrętach. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co potrzeba. Idealne zarówno na weekend, jak i na dłuższy pobyt.

  What could be improved: Da ich allen unterwegs war fand ich nur den Zugang zur Wohnung etwas unbehaglich, da sehr verwinkelt durch fensterlosen Flur.
  Zu zweit hätte mich das aber nicht gestört!
