Parking is actually manageable (try finding that in Dresden’s city center), and the neighborhood is quiet enough that you’ll sleep well but not so dead that you feel isolated. The 7.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s the kind of place where small things work smoothly rather than one big thing being spectacular. You can walk to local shops without drama, the public transport connections aren’t terrible if you want to head into the historic center, and honestly, after a day of playing tourist, coming back here feels like retreating to a friend’s place rather than checking into accommodation. It’s not going to blow your mind, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – just a clean, comfortable base that doesn’t cost a fortune and doesn’t try to be something it’s not.

  Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Straßenbahn in die City zu Fuß keine 10 Min, fährt über Tag im 10min-Takt, abends/nachts alle 30 min;
  kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus; freundlicher Vermieter, saubere und zweckmäßige Wohnung, ruhige Lage.
  Unbedingt bei Ankunft Vermieter anrufen, Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen/Praxen, danach findet man die Wohnung recht simpel, Schlüssel befindet sich im Nummernschloss-Kasten.

  Mir hat am besten die perfekte Lage gefallen. Ich reiste beruflich und war in wenigen Minuten am Lehrgangsort. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem und die Wohnung ist ruhig.
  
  What could be improved: Die Gardinen sollten aus meiner Sicht getauscht werden. Sie sind nicht mehr schön und die Übergardine hat auch ein kleines Loch.

  Main thing we loved that it has kitchenette and watching machine. Also room is super warm. Beds are comfortable. Room is big and bright. Towels and sheets were super clean. Owners were very friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Communication with owners was bit difficult as they didn’t speak English as we didn’t speak German- in the end owner’s son helped to communicate as he speaks very well English.
