Couples seem to get this location (they rate it 9.5, which makes total sense), because there’s something romantic about being near the water but still close enough to reach Dresden’s old town when you want to. The parking situation is actually great too — free and right on site, which saved me the headache of hunting for spots in the city center.

What struck me most about this place was how thoughtfully it’s set up. The room feels more like a proper apartment than a hotel stay, with enough space to actually spread out and relax. The kitchen is well-equipped — I mean, you could cook a proper meal here if you wanted to, though Dresden has too many good restaurants to skip entirely. The whole place has this clean, modern feel without being sterile, you know? And the views toward the Elbe… well, let’s just say I spent more time looking out the windows than I planned to.

The owners really seem to care about getting the details right. When I had a question about local transport, they responded within hours — not days like some places. It’s that kind of attention that makes a difference when you’re trying to navigate a new city. The property consistently gets high marks from guests (8.4 for location), and after staying here, I can see why. There’s also something to be said for being slightly outside the main tourist zone — you get a more authentic feel for how locals actually live in Dresden.

This place works especially well if you want the independence of an apartment with the reliability of a proper accommodation. You’re close enough to walk along the Elbe whenever you need to clear your head, but you can still reach Pillnitz Palace or Dresden’s historic center without much fuss.   Sehr gemütlich, man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt! Man konnte von der Wohnung aus schöne Spaziergänge mit dem Hund an der Elbe machen und hinterher in einem Biergarten die schöne Aussicht auf die Elbe genießen.

  Замечательное расположение прямо рядом с Эльбой, тихий приятный район, чистый воздух, собственная бесплатная парковка. Отлично подходит для путешественников с машиной. Квартира отлично подошла для семьи из 4 человек, хорошо оснащена всем необходимым, много посуды, посудомоечная машина, приятный интерьер, светлые комнаты, удобные кровати. Кроме того, была возможность провести время в маленьком саду за домом на воздухе, где есть даже стол, за которым можно поужинать, что нам очень понравилось.

  Sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
  Liegt zwar direkt an der Straße aber die Geräusche halten sich in Grenzen. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten bzw. zur Seite raus. Parkplatz ausreichend auch für große Autos.
  
  What could be improved: Eine Herausforderung ist beim Parkplatz das Ausparken. Man sollte jemanden haben der die Straße im Auge hat. Selbst sieht man da so gut wie nichts. Darum sollte man rückwärts einparken und dann ist alles etwas leichter.

  Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man so braucht. Gute Lage und sehr schöne Anbindungen in alle Richtungen. Bei einem Urlaub würden wir die FW gerne wieder nehmen.

  Eine großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtete schöne Wohnung, die gemütlich und einladend ist. Viele verschiedene Lichtquellen machen die Zimmer gemütlich. Die Nähe zur Elbe und in den Elbhang laden toll zum Spazieren gehen ein. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles was wir brauchten, um uns wohl zu fühlen, war vorhanden. Danke!
