So you know what’s interesting about Linda Ninh Apartment? It’s tucked away in Pieschen, which honestly most tourists completely skip over – and that’s actually kind of perfect if you ask me. The thing is, Großenhainer Straße isn’t exactly postcard Dresden (you won’t find baroque churches on every corner here), but it’s got this authentic, lived-in feel that I really appreciated. Plus, you’re still only about 15 minutes from the Altstadt by tram, which runs pretty regularly even in the evenings.

The apartment itself surprised me – I mean, 3-star places can be hit or miss, but this one gets the basics really right. Linda (who I assume is the owner, though I never actually met her) has clearly put thought into the little things that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The kitchen actually has sharp knives, decent coffee equipment, and enough counter space to spread out if you want to grab groceries from the Kaufland down the street and cook something real. The bed was properly comfortable too – not one of those saggy mattresses that leave you feeling like you wrestled with a pretzel overnight. I stayed there during a rainy week in October, and honestly, the heating worked great and the windows kept most of the street noise out, though you’ll hear some traffic in the mornings when people are heading to work.

What I really liked about staying in Pieschen is that you get to see how actual Dresdeners live – there’s this great little Turkish place around the corner that does incredible döner, and a traditional German bakery where the woman behind the counter remembered my order by day three. The neighborhood has that mix of old East German apartment blocks and newer developments that tells the whole story of this city, you know? And parking was never an issue, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot near Frauenkirche, you’ll appreciate. The 8.4 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works the way it should, the price is fair, and you feel like you’re staying somewhere with character rather than just another anonymous hotel room. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I was planning to stay for a week and wanted to actually experience Dresden beyond the tourist trail.

  Saubere und sehr geräumige Wohnung.Bequeme Betten. Unkomplizierte Check in und Check out. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Gute Lage. Perfekt für Kurzurlaub in Dresden.

  Wir waren eine kleine Reisegruppe von fünf Personen, und deshalb kam uns die Größe der Ferienwohnung sehr entgegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, wir hatten drei Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Toilette war separat vom Bad. Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Ferienwohnung gab und ein paar Schritte von der Ferienwohnung entfernt war auch gleich eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle für die Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum.
  Imbisse, Restaurants, Supermärkte und ein ganz toller Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar.
  Im Haus sind weitere Ferienwohnungen, vom gleichen Anbieter, was vielleicht für größere Gruppen mal ganz interessant sein könnte.
  
  What could be improved: Nur als Hinweis!!! Die Ferienwohnung ist verkehrstechnisch super gut zu erreichen. Liegt allerdings an einer Hauptstraße, man hat also auch einen gewissen Geräuschpegel.

  Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, inklusive Waschmaschine, Kabel-TV, WLAN, sogar ein Feuerlöscher steht für den Fall der Fälle gut sichtbar in der Küche bereit.
  
  What could be improved: Kleinigkeit: es gab keine Trinkgläser im ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Haushalt.

  Wunderschöne große Wohnung mit Platz für 7 Personen. Total bequeme Betten, freies WLAN und FREE-TV bei prime, netflix und disney+.
  
  Verschiedene Teesorten, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Tchibo Kapselmaschine, Herd und Backofen, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Mini Frostfach vorhanden.
  
  Großes Badezimmer mit Wanne(+Dusche) und extra Duschkabine, sowie Handtücher und einen Bad(Handtuch)Heizkörper. Die Toilette ist separat.
  
  What could be improved: Die Toilette ist separat vom großen Bad und extrem klein/beengt! Wer an Platzangst leidet, sollte sich hier nicht einbuchen. Der Raum hat max 1m² Platz.
