It’s three-star accommodation that knows what it is and does it well, without any pretense about being something fancier.   Tolles Haus mit Garten in einer sehr tollen Lage in Dresden direkt an der Elbe und nahe an der Innenstadt, so dass alles sehr gut erreichbar ist.

  – fussgänger können direkt in die Küche und ein Schlafzimmer gucken, wenn die Jalousie oben ist.
  Sehr hoher Publikums- und Autoverkehr direkt vor dem Haus.
  – Mobiliar ist stellenweise stark abgewohnt.

  Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung der Bäder war neuwertig.

  Wir waren zu 4 Personen und haben daher die Räumlichkeiten (für 8) sehr genossen.
  Alle Unternehmungen von dort konnten wir zu Fuß bzw. mit Bus und Tram unternehmen. Von der Unterkunft in die Alt-Stadt bzw. ins Elbsandsteingebirge ging es problemlos.
  
  What could be improved: Geringer Platz für unsere Kleidungsstücke. In einige Schränke mussten erst Platz für unsere persönlichen Sachen gemacht werden, aber dann passte es.

  Gute Lage in der Neustadt. Ins Zentrum ca. 1/2 Stunde mit den Öffis zu Fuß ganz gemächlich ne knappe Stunde.
  Von außen macht das Haus nicht viel her. Innen wird man aber belohnt. Komplett ausgestattete mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.
