Sure, it’s a 20-minute tram ride to the Frauenkirche, but you’re also a short walk from some genuinely great Vietnamese restaurants that most guidebooks completely miss. The nearby Rewe is open until 10 PM most nights, which saved me more than once when I needed breakfast supplies or forgot to grab dinner. Parking is actually manageable around here – not guaranteed, but way better odds than anywhere in Altstadt. The whole area goes pretty quiet after 9 PM, so if you’re the type who needs to crash early after long sightseeing days, this works perfectly. And honestly? Waking up to the sound of kids heading to school instead of tour groups gathering in courtyards makes the whole Dresden experience feel more authentic.   Останавливались в гостевом доме на 8 дней. Что сразу поразило – это тепло в доме и свежие тюльпаны на столе.
  Кухня оборудована полностью, есть все необходимое и даже больше. В гостиной огромный диван, что позволяло проводить зимние вечера вместе у телевизора.
  Удобные кровати, красивое постельное белье. Еще понравилось то, что комплекты полотенец для каждого были разного цвета.
  Чисто, уютно, комфортно.
  Спальни на втором этаже – пришлось привыкать бегать по лестнице, что было необычно для нас, но не сложно. Единственное, о чем не было нигде информации, что одна спальня проходная. Если одна семья останавливается, то это не проблема.
  Приехали на машине, поэтому добираться до центра и магазинов было легко.
  В целом все было СУПЕР!

  Ein wundervolles Häuschen mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Für und (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) war es optimal. Kurze Wege zu Fuß und direkte Verbindungen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber! Drum herum liegt ein verzauberter Garten der in der Weihnachtszeit schön geschmückt war. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

  A very comfortable and highly equipped apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. 10-15 minutes walk to communication that took us into central Dresden. Same distance to restaurants. There were a couple of facilities in the garden we had access to, although we didn't use them.
