  Das Appartement war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend.
  Zusätzlich befindet sich die Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Szeneviertel mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen.
  Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut.

  Wir haben die Wohnung als 3köpfige Familie für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Wir haben uns bewusst für die Neustadt entschieden. Der Vermieter kontaktierte uns vor der Anreise sehr freundlich über Whats App über die Schlüsselübergabe. Alles verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Sie war blitzeblank, sehr nett eingerichtet, und auf dem Tisch stand sogar ein schöner Blumenstrauß. Die Küchenausstattung war sensationell – selten haben wir eine Ferienwohnung mit soviel ausreichend Geschirr gehabt. Und das war auch noch richtig stilvoll und nicht – wie leider in sehr vielen Unterkünften – zusammengewürfelt und unzureichend. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, um der schönen Stadt Dresden einen Besuch abzustatten.

  The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and super well-equipped. It’s really new and it was super clean. There was even coffee, cream and marmalade for us to use for breakfast. The location in the heart of Neustadt is super convenient, it’s full of restaurants and bars nearby and there’s tram connections to almost everywhere. Would definitely rent again!
