The rooftop situation is genuinely cool, and I don’t say that lightly. There’s something about being up there in the evenings, looking out toward the Elbe and getting glimpses of the sandstone cliffs in the distance – it sort of puts things in perspective, you know? The apartment itself feels lived-in in the best way, not sterile like some places that try too hard. The owners clearly know Dresden well because they’ve left these little local touches around (good coffee, actual recommendations for places locals eat, that kind of thing). Parking was way easier than I expected, which if you’ve ever driven around Dresden’s city center, you’ll appreciate. The train connections from nearby are solid too – you can get into the Altstadt pretty easily, but you can also hop on regional trains toward Saxon Switzerland National Park without the usual tourist route hassles.

What really got me was how quiet it gets at night. Bahnhofstraße sounds like it should be noisy, but this part of Leuben actually winds down nicely in the evenings. The whole setup works whether you’re planning to spend your days wandering around Dresden’s rebuilt baroque center or if you’re more interested in getting out to places like Bastei Bridge or the Schrammsteine rocks. I stayed during shoulder season in early fall, and honestly, it felt like having a local friend’s place to crash at rather than just another rental.   Eine wunderschöne und bestens ausgestattete, saubere Fewo mit 2 Balkonen. Sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch toll und sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße. Aber man kann auch in 10 min. direkt zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle laufen. Nach weiteren 10 min. mit der Bahn ist man in Dresden.
  Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin ist total unkompliziert. Man wird rechtzeitig und detailiert vor Ankunft über alles Notwendige informiert.
  Das Apartment kann man wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

  Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet. Wir wurden sogar mit einer kleinen Flasche Sekt begrüßt (auch wenn wir keinen Alkohol trinken, fanden wir die Geste sehr nett)
  Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Es gibt scharfe Messer und gescheite Schneidebretter sowie eine großzügig Kühl-Gefrierkombi. Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Lappen sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.
  Es waren sehr viele Teller und Tassen da.
  Die Räume sind geräumig und modern chic eingerichtet.
  Das Bad ist auch für 4 Personen groß genug.
  Man ist in der Mitte von Dresden-Zentrum und dem Elbsandsteingebirge (Fahrzeit jeweils ca. 30Miniuten mit der Bahn). Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab, die S-Bahn in 10 Gehminuten Entfernung.
  Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Balkons. Besonders gut haben uns auch die vielen Garderobenhaken gefallen. Da die Wohnung im 3. OG ist hat hat es auch keinen gestört, dass wir die Wanderschuhe im Treppenhaus stehen hatten.

  Freshly renovated, well-equipped, extremely comfortable apartment on the outskirts of Dresden. Close to the train station, which guarantees quick access to the Main Station in the city center. Parking space included in the price. Very comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and kitchen appliances. Excellent base for exploring Dresden and the surrounding area. I recommend with full conviction.
  
  What could be improved: Basically, no comments. The only one is not very comfortable pillows. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator, which can be troublesome for people with mobility problems. But it did not bother us at all.

  This flat exceeded my expectations; very cosy, beautifully furnished, large terrace where you can sit in silence listening to the birds. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Accommodation was easy so we received very detailed information from the owners. A big thank you to the owners for such a beautiful apartment that complemented our emotions from our visit to Dresden.
  
  What could be improved: it never happened. I might have missed the washing machine if I stayed for a longer period of time, but it was not critical.
