  Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten sind richtig bequem. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr ruhig, schöne Gegend und man ist in nur 3 Stationen am Hbf. Vom Wohnzimmer schaut man in einen kleinen Garten, den wir zwar nicht benutzt haben, der aber zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Gastgeber haben immer super schnell reagiert; wenn etwas ist, gibt es auch im Hause direkt eine sehr liebe Ansprechpartnerin. Also wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher auch wieder hier her.
  
  What could be improved: Die Heizung im Bad funktioniert leider nicht sehr gut und es war vor allem morgens recht kühl. Uns wurde aber geholfen mit einem mobilen Heizkörper, von daher alles gut.

  Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. – Toll war auch der Garten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gelungen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht.
  Die Innenstadt ist mit Öffis in einer halben bis dreiviertel Stunde gut erreichbar.
  Auch mit unserem Hund gab es keine Probleme.

  This is a really nice house in a quite area of Dresden. It is well looked after with facilities and very friendly property owners and service providers. The view of the back garden and the dinning table by the large window was just amazing. The teddy bears floating about almost anywhere in the house, including the front (3 of them), very cute.

  Communication via booking.com worked really well between us and the hosts. They gave us every necessary info in advance and during our stay, too. That was very very kind of them.
  The flat is spacious and tidy, well-equipped with really everything you might need. There is a terrace at the back where you can relax outside or you breathe some fresh air in the garden.
  The parking is free on the side of the road towards the house. We were there by car so i have no info in local public transportation.
