  Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum für alle Altbaufans! Der kleine Balkon ein nettes Extra.

  Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament. W łazience wanna i komplet świeżych, pachnących ręczników. Dobra lokalizacja – 25min spacerkiem do starego miasta i 10min nad rzekę. W budynku jest też winda co ułatwia dotarcie do mieszkania z bagażami. Bardzo uprzejmy gospodarz.

  Leider doch recht laut, bei geöffneten Fenstern. Der Balkon eher zum Stehen geeignet, als Abends noch gemütlich drauf zu sitzen.

  Es ist eine wunderschöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit bester Busanbindung ins Zentrum. Für ein adventliches Wochenende im schönen Dresden einfach ideal! Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da und ihnen hat es auch sehr gut gefallen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

  Spacious, suitable for a group that wants to spend time together. Bus stop right in front of the house, supermarkets and a bakery within 5 min walking distance. The Elbe river nearby, perfect for a walk.
