  Slapen lukte niet door constante stroom van stoppend-optrekkend verkeer. Slechte isolatie.

  Beautiful apartament, clean and new. Good kitchen and bathroom equipment, we lacked nothing. the apartment is located in a quiet area, it was also possible to park the car on the street without any problems.

  Wir waren erstaunt wie stilvoll es eingerichtet ist. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Es ist nicht sehr weit zum Zentrum. Es liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Lage. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine Geschirr Handtücher Fön usw usw.
  Hat uns super gefallen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal nach Dresden fahren und werden dann versuchen dieses Appartement wieder zu bekommen. Danke

  Die Villa selbst und die Ausstattung des Appartements waren beeindruckend.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung war nicht sauber (trotz 140 Euro für die Endreinigung, die hoffentlich nicht nur wir bezahlen), eine Stunde nach dem möglichen Check-Inn kamen uns die Reinigungskräfte entgegen und das Bad war einfach kalt.
  
  Auf meine Information hin kam vom Ansprechpartner die Frage „worin denn das Problem liegt“ und trotz intensivem Schriftwechsel kam keinerlei Reaktion.
  
  Aus meiner Sicht ist der Preis (trotz 25% Genius Level 3 Status) nicht gerechtfertigt. Wenn Leistungen nicht erbracht werden, trotz Hinweise, dann gibts eigentlich nur eins … Geld zurück, aber nicht als Gutschein.

  Huge appartment, nicely furnished. Park next to the house. Wonderful garden. Nice and clean bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: Noisy street next to the bedroom with window that couldnt be closed properly =insufficient noise isolation =wake up at 6 and with no possibility of getting fresh air during the night.
  
  We had to shorten our stay because of that. But we enjoyed staying in the garden that day.
  
  Coffee machine was dirty (with old coffee). Dish washer without tablets.

  Das gesamte Apartment ist großartig.
  Alles hervorragend, so wie man es für einen Städtetrip braucht.
  Die Vermietung ist professionell und reagiert immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
