The balkon they mention in the name isn’t huge, but it’s perfect for morning coffee – you can watch the neighborhood wake up, hear the trams rumbling by on the main street. There’s something really satisfying about that morning routine when you’re traveling.

What struck me most was how the place felt like someone’s actual home, not a sterile rental. The furniture has character – not fancy, but comfortable in that lived-in way that makes you want to sprawl out and plan your day properly. If you’re the type who wants to experience Dresden like you’re visiting a friend rather than doing the full tourist production, this works really well. The Neustadt area has great restaurants within walking distance, and you can easily get to the historic center when you want that postcard Dresden experience, then retreat back to a neighborhood that feels real.

  Modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sauber und mit guter Grundausstattung in schöner Wohngegend. Wir haben regelmäßig gekocht, die Küche war hierfür gut ausgerüstet. Geräumiges modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine.
  Alle Fenster mit Rolläden, angenehm auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen.
  Schöner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
  Zu empfehlen, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
