The beds are proper firm (which I love, but heads up if you prefer softer), and there’s this attention to cleanliness that you notice immediately. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on the street, but the staff actually knows the neighborhood well enough to give you real advice about where to find spots. I stayed during a quieter period in early fall, so I can’t speak to how crazy it gets during peak tourist season, but the whole area has this residential calm that probably doesn’t change too dramatically. The 8.7 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be something it isn’t, just doing the fundamentals really well at a fair price. If you want to experience Dresden like you’re staying in someone’s well-organized guest room rather than a hotel machine, this actually delivers on that promise.

  Die Lage ist sehr gut: Ruhige Seitenstraße, auch von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Viele Linien des ÖPNV in der Nähe. Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung für 2 Personen ideal.
