  Schöne Wohnung, man konnte Sky schauen. Es lag ein Ratgeber Dresden aus. Duschgel, Shampoo und Handtücher waren da. In der Küche gab es eine Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Geschirrspüler.

  What could be improved: Lampe im Bad hängt etwas tief ( für große Menschen Relevant tief) in der Küche fehlte mir ein Schneebesen. Der PIN für den FSK bei Sky könnte man direkt in der Begrüßung mitsenden

  Our stay left very mixed feelings so I'll just describe all moments and others may decide who's right and who's not. 1) I asked host couple of days in advance if earlier check in is possible. He replied that he can't guarantee it, but will try to make it possible. The day before check-in Inasked about it again in evening. He replied that will let us know in morning. Obviously, no one replied. 14:45 I asked about check-in instructions and received them at 14:48. We were in car right in front of building entrance for at least last 40 minutes and did not see anyone leaving so I assume that apartments were already prepared and it was question of principle. I understand that host may not want to allow early check in, but at least he could tell it straight from the very beginning as it affected our plans. 2) Tempreture in bedrom was set to 16 degrees, kitchen has nonworking heating at all. It was super cold. Even after we set heaters in living room and bedroom to 23/24 actual temp was lower. The day before our check-out host remotely reset temp to 20 and on check-out day disabled heating completely. I believe that if you are unable to pay for bills for heating of apartments it should either be stated in advance that guests should leave in cold. 3) Host communicates only in German and there's no auto translate in chat so you have to copy every message to separate app to translate it. 4) Sound isolation in this building is extremely poor and there're some deaf neighbours who start watching TV with soundbar from early morning and till 22:00. If you are a remote worker – it will be super annoying. 5) Sofa in living room is somewhat broken. It just constantly unfolds itself while you're sitting so watching TV is a pain unless you just unfold it completely. 6) Cleanliness is more or less fine, but there still were long dark hair in different places and since checkout is at 10am you expect that for 5 hours host may clean the place better.

  The apartment is cozy and well equiped. The staff always helpful. It's 20 minutes by car to Dresden's city center. I recommend the parking by the opera house because it costs 6 euros for a full day of tourism in Dresden.
