The whole setup feels like someone who travels a lot designed it, not someone who just looked at hotel design magazines.

Here’s what locals probably won’t tell you – Prohlis is incredibly well-connected if you’re planning to explore Dresden properly. The S-Bahn gets you to Altstadt in maybe 15 minutes, and parking here is actually free and stress-free, which is basically a miracle if you’ve ever tried driving around Dresden’s old town during tourist season. I mean, you’re not walking to Frauenkirche from here, but honestly? After spending days wandering cobblestones and fighting crowds, coming back to this quieter neighborhood felt like a relief. There’s a decent bakery two blocks down that opens early (the owner speaks perfect English, by the way), and a small grocery store that stays open later than you’d expect. The tram stop is literally a three-minute walk, and the 9 line runs frequently enough that you don’t need to plan your life around schedules. What struck me most was how the staff – well, the one guy I dealt with mostly – seemed to actually care about whether you had what you needed. Check-in was quick, he pointed out a few local spots without the usual tourist trap recommendations, and when my key card went wonky on day three, he fixed it in about thirty seconds without making me feel like an idiot.   Die Wohnung war im 3. Stock. Trotz großer Hitze war es dank Sonnenschutz und Nordseite angenehm. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles da, was man brauchte. Ein sehr netter Kontakt.

  Дуже гарна і затишна квартира, видно, що продумано і зроблено з душею. Гарне розташування, поруч зупинка громадського транспорту. Здається, поруч є супермаркет, але ми не перевіряли. Уважний власник на звʼязку. В цілому, все сподобалось!

  What could be improved: Soundprofing is quite weak in the apartment. You can hear everything, that is happening on the floor. But if you are not afraid of this , then it should not be a blocker for you.
