The building itself has that solid East German architecture thing going on – nothing fancy, but everything works. What surprised me was how quiet it actually gets at night, even though you’re right on a main street. The apartments are bigger than what you’d get for the same money closer to the Altstadt, and honestly, that matters when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show either – there’s a Kaufland just down the street where you can actually shop like a human being instead of surviving on hotel breakfast and overpriced café food. The woman at check-in spoke decent English and gave me the real scoop on getting into the city center, which takes about 20 minutes on the tram (lines 1 or 2 from Prohlis station – super easy once you figure it out).

Here’s what I really appreciated though – you’re far enough from the tourist chaos that you can breathe, but close enough that a quick tram ride puts you at Theaterplatz or the Christmas markets without much fuss. The 7.4 rating makes sense because it’s not trying to be something it’s not. The furniture’s basic but comfortable, WiFi actually works, and there’s proper heating that you can control yourself. I mean, the neighborhood gets a bit sleepy after dark, but that just means you’ll sleep well. Plus, if you’re renting a car, parking here is straightforward and free – try finding that near the Frauenkirche. The only thing that bugged me was the shower pressure could’ve been stronger, but honestly, for what you’re paying and the space you get, it’s a solid choice if you want to experience Dresden without the tourist bubble pricing.

    What could be improved: Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße in einem Gelände, das eher einer Baustelle gleicht. Für eine Nacht war es ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit in def Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass dort vor unserem Aufenthalt niemand geputzt hatte. Im Garten sitzt man zwischen Bauschutt. Schade….

    Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Die Matratze des Bettes sehr angenehm. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig. Ich konnte das Fenster immer offen lassen.

    Було прибрано. Простора ванна кімната з засобами для миття. Ліжка були дуже м'які, але спати було комфортно. Безкоштовна парковка. Тихо. На кухні був чайник, мікрохвильова піч, тостер, кавоварка з кавовими капсулами і вершки.

    What could be improved: Навколишня територія занедбана, будинок ззовні нагадує руїни. Деякі речі в помешканні потребують заміни. У ванній кімнаті присутній запах каналізації, не було стакана під щітки, відсуні гачки для рушників.
    Дуже малий холодильник, барний, не було морозильної камери. Дуже мало місця на кухні і не вистачало кухонного рушника.

    Host was very nice, comunicated great via phone. In apartment was everything we needed and all our requirements were fast solved.

    What could be improved: We had a problem with stucked toilette, but i believe it will be also solved after we told about the host.

    …. die von uns genutze Unterkunft ist zwar noch eine komplette Baustelle, (noch nicht vorhandene Steckdosen oder Schalter in der Gipskartonwand waren lustigerweiße mit Tischkerzen verschlossen) aber es war über die Sauberkeit dieser trotzdem nicht (mit Augen zu und Durch) zu klagen. Betten, Küche (mit Kaffeemaschine/Kaffeepatts/Wasserkocher), Bad (Handtücher/Föhn/usw alles vorhanden) nutzbar und sauber. Da wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen da waren und auch kein 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet hatten, war es "abenteuerlich" und Okay….. Sensible Reisende oder Jemand mit gehobenen Ansprüchen, sollten aber nach etwas Anderem suchen…..

    What could be improved: … das gesamte Objekt ist für unser Empfinden sicher für "Viele Unterkunftsuchende"noch nicht "Vermietungsfähig"….. Leider….
