  Very clean property. Kitchen was equipped with all the things and utensils needed. Very close to tram, which can take you to the centre of the city.
  
  What could be improved: There was no access to the garbage disposal place. Also access to backyard from the house was not there, if you need to go to Hafen, you need to go around.
