  Virkelig dejlig lejlighed 5 minutters gang fra Dresden Neustadt banegård, hvor mange langdistancetog stopper. Samtidig i gåafstand til Dresden centrum med de mange imponerende bygninger og pladser. Let at parkere på gaden, hvis man kommer i bil. Ejeren var venlig og lovede at være behjælpelig i forbindelse med en fejl, vi havde begået ved bookingen. Badeværelse og køkken var rigtig lækkert Vi kommer gerne igen.
  
  What could be improved: Det ville have været dejligt med et sengebord mere. Låsen til postkassen drillede os, men ejeren svarede straks og ville tage sig af det.

  The apartment was small but well appointed. Very suitable for one person and was easy to maintain. I met the owner who was a gentleman and interested as to his tennant 's comfort.

  Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet, einzig eine Microwelle hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Neustadt, 5 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof. Sie ist deshalb sehr ruhig im 4. Stock des 2022 gebauten Gebäudes. Das fröhliche Leben der Neustadt ist ca 10 min Weg, aber dann findet man viele Restaurants, Cafés , Bars usw.

  What could be improved: The host is extremely weird. Very poor communication. After checking out he sent me a picture of two glasses in the sink with the message “not acceptable”. A bit too entitled for a host. No slippers, no iron in the room as suggested in the description. Washing machine is somewhere in the basement (it was not clear where it was, no clear instructions on how to get there). It was extremely hot in the room. It did look like there was an AC on the wall, but it didn’t work. Internet kept breaking off all the time.

  Really nice small apartment, great place to stay for a weekend! Basically everything you need for a short stay.
  
  What could be improved: Sadly the communication was a little rude at the end and the instructions unclear. The host seems to have very specific wishes about how to handle used towels etc. Maybe that should be a direct information for bookers how things are wanted by the host.
