You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from the name “Modern Studio with a great View” – honestly sounds like something pulled from a generic listing generator – but this little place on Mosczinskystraße actually surprised me. The building sits right in Dresden’s Altstadt, which means you’re basically living inside a postcard, and that view they’re bragging about? Yeah, it delivers. From the studio window, you can catch glimpses of the Elbe and some of those baroque rooftops that make Dresden feel like you’ve wandered into an 18th-century fairy tale.

The studio itself is pretty straightforward – modern furnishings that won’t win any design awards but get the job done, decent Wi-Fi (I worked from there for three days without wanting to throw my laptop), and a compact kitchenette that’s actually functional if you’re planning to grab groceries from the Rewe down on Wilsdruffer Straße. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re smack in the middle of everything. Mosczinskystraße is one of those cobblestone side streets that locals use as a shortcut, but it doesn’t get the heavy tourist foot traffic that makes some Altstadt stays feel like you’re sleeping above a parade route. The building has thick walls – you know, that old German construction that means you won’t hear your neighbors having their morning coffee drama.

Location-wise, you’re maybe a four-minute walk to Neumarkt and the Frauenkirche, which sounds touristy but honestly, watching that dome light up at sunset never gets old. More importantly for day-to-day stuff, there’s a decent bakery (Bäckerei Möbius) literally around the corner where locals actually go – not one of those overpriced tourist traps. Parking can be a nightmare in this part of Dresden, but there’s a public garage on An der Frauenkirche that’s reasonable if you’re driving in. The 7.5 rating feels about right – it’s not luxury by any stretch, and the shower pressure is sort of sad, but for a 3-star place in this location, you’re getting solid value. I mean, you could spend twice as much staying in one of those chain hotels across the river and end up taking the tram into Altstadt every day anyway.

  A localização é excelente , próxima da estação e no início do centro . A vista também é muito boa, de facto.

  A televisão nunca funcionou e nem houve qualquer resposta do host sobre o assunto. Ao que parece é um problema recorrente .
  Alguma falta de limpeza. Havia pó no chão e a máquina de café ainda tinha café dos últimos hóspedes .

  Das Apartment ist mit allem wichtigen Ausgestattet, sehr sauber, zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Straßenbahn. Toller Ausblick über Dresden 16OG, ruhiges Wohnhaus.

  Bigger space than expected, cozy and beautiful room with great view! It had all the facilities someone could ask for, except shampoo (which wasn't a problem for us, since I always bring some with me). Very nice apartment, very close to the centre!
  
  What could be improved: The bedseats had some kind of white "dusts", I'm not sure if this was there cause of the quality of the seat or if it wasn't so clean.
