The tram connections are better than you’d expect, and there’s something refreshing about walking past local bakeries and corner shops instead of souvenir stands every morning. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven around German cities will appreciate.

What really got me was the attention to detail inside – and I’m talking about the kind of stuff that tells you someone actually cares about this place rather than just seeing it as another booking.com listing. The apartment itself lives up to that “im Grünen” promise with views that actually include greenery (not just a sad courtyard with one dying plant). The 9.2 rating makes sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be some fancy five-star experience, but everything works properly, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and the shower pressure is honestly better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. The four-star rating feels about right – comfortable and well-maintained without being stuffy or overpriced.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t the place if you want to stumble out your front door directly into Dresden’s old town. You’ll need to plan your sightseeing a bit more, but honestly, coming back to a quiet street after a day of tourist crowds was exactly what I needed. The neighborhood gets properly quiet in the evenings (you can actually sleep without earplugs), and there’s something nice about grabbing groceries at the local Rewe and cooking in a real kitchen instead of eating restaurant food every single meal. I actually ended up staying an extra night because checking out felt like leaving a friend’s place rather than just another hotel room.

  Sehr netter Gastgeber mit ausführlicher Einweisung der Wohnung und Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Kurzer Fußweg zur Straßenbahn. In 10 Minuten ist am Hauptbahnhof und 20 Minuten in der Altstadt.

  In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Vermietung ist super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und der Kontakt einfach super, bis zum Schluss. Wurde schon weiterempfohlen und kommen sehr gern wieder
  Die Lage ist eher ruhiger, man ist aber schnell in der Stadt, auch mit Bus oder Bahn.

  Stadtmitte Dresdens leicht zu erreichen (30 Min mit Bus oder Straßenbahn), Supermarkt fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, weitere Essgelegenheiten in der Nähe, freundliche grüne und sichere Wohngegend, toller Ausblick ins Grüne vom Balkon aus, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien zur Selbstversorgung, Kühlschrank vorhanden, Putzzeug ebenfalls, genau wie Tee- und Kaffee, Wohnzimmer mit WiFi und TV, ausreichend Platz. Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, einfache sowie freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber*innen. Top Trip 👍

  Die Ausstattung ist perfekt – es fehlt einfach nichts. Die Erreichbarkeit von Bus und Straßenbahn sowie einem Einkaufsmarkt in ein paar Gehminuten ist super.
