  There is a terrace where you can, for example, have breakfast with a wonderful view of the Elbe River and Dresden. Friendly owner, quite a lot of space inside the apartment. Great place to stay if you have a car, close to Dresden.

  Positives: Alles.
  Negatives: Nichts.
  Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an. Eine große, ganz ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die Aussicht auf das andere Elbufer (Tolkewitz u. Laubegast) kann man auf einer Bank, oder von der Naturterrasse auf zwei Gartenstühle genießen. Bleiben wir noch etwas vor der Wohnung. Wichtig, ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Ganz wichtig in Dresden.
  Durch einen kleinen gläsernen Windfang geht es in die Wohnung und man steht direkt im großen Wohnzimmer. Sitzecke mit TV (nicht gebraucht) laden zum Fernsehabend ein. (Viel zu schade für Dresden) Unter dem Wohnzimmertisch liegt eine Unmenge Material über Dresden. Im Winter kann ein Gussofen für wohlige Wärme sorgen. Ebenfalls im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Esstisch. Im Schrank befinden sich die Auflagen für die Gartenstühle. All diese Details findet man in eine, vom Vermieter erstellte Mappe.
  Weiter geht es ins Schlafzimmer mit einem für den Raum angefertigten Schrank, in dem genügend Platz und Bügel für die Reisegarderobe zu finden ist. Auf dem Bett findet jeder seine Zudecke. Für uns wichtig 🙂
  Vom Schlafzimmer geht es ins Bad und Küche. Das Bad ist groß, mit einer Ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet.
  Jetzt kommt der einzige kleine Negative Punkt. Wobei, eigentlich ist es gar keiner. Die Küche ist etwas klein. Da wir aber nur unser Frühstück und vielleicht eine Schnitte am Abend oder Mittag in der Wohnung eingenommen haben war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Oder nicht. Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülmaschine (ja, Spülmaschine), Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine…
  Wir waren eine Woche im August dort und rundum zufrieden.
