  It was spotlessly clean, very quiet. Lovely view from the balcony onto green back gardens. Very comfortable bed. Just under 10 minutes walk to the tram, which takes about 10 minutes to the city centre. Bakery, fruit and veg shop, supermarket and little Vietnamese take away near tram station.
