  Großzügige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz kostenfrei vor der Tür. Mit dem Auto 15 Minuten zur Dresdener Innenstadt. Vermieter sehr nett und wohnt mit im Haus somit ist die Wohnungsübergabe absolut problemlos! 👍
  
  What could be improved: Pro Tag kommt noch eine Bettensteuer die vor Ort zu zahlen ist dazu. Beim Buchen stand jedoch inkl. Steuern & Gebühren… jedoch konnte der Vermieter da nichts dazu, da er das Geld selbst abführen muss. Wir hätten es nur gerne vorher gewusst.

  A quiet and safe place near tram and bus stops (40-50 min to the downtown), aldi and lidl shops, a free parking lot. Fully equipped kitchen with a plenty of cutlery and dishes. An entrance to the terrace (ground floor) is an advantage. Communication was smooth and nice, the owner kindly let to use the washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: There is some leakage in the shower cabin, so the floor would usually get wet.

  Sympatyczne mieszkanie o dobrym rozkładzie i przyjemnym umeblowaniu. Niedaleko sklep Aldi oraz Lidl a także wiele sklepów motoryzacyjnych. Parking na miejscu. Spokojna okolica.
