  Frau Uhlemann hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war super freundlich. Sie hat sich Zeit für uns genommen und uns rundum informiert und Tipps gegeben. Die Lage war wie beschrieben: Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch in 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle gelaufen. Ohne Umstieg waren wir in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt oder in 25 Minuten in der Äußeren Neustadt von Dresden. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

  Haltestellen für Bus und Bahn, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

  Velmi dobře zařízený a čistý apartmán v rodinném domě má ideální polohu, na klidném místě v zeleni ve vilové čtvrti, a přitom 5 minut od zastávky tramvaje, která je za dalších cca 10 minut v centru. Několik minut chůze od bytu jsou i nákupní možnosti – supermarket, pekárna, restaurace… Majitelé jsou velmi příjemní, přátelští a vstřícní lidé, paní Gudrun nám poradila se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Toto ubytování můžeme vřele doporučit!

  Wunderbare, sehr geräumige und saubere FeWo, ausgesprochen freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gab. Ruhige Wohngegend, perfekt um den öffentl. Nahverkehr (5 Min.) zur Stadterkundung und Umgebung,zu nutzen sowie Bäcker, Discounter fußläufig erreichbar.
