The apartment itself is pretty solid for a 3-star setup. Nothing fancy, but everything works (which, let’s be real, is sometimes asking a lot in vacation rentals). The kitchen actually has decent knives and pots you’d want to cook with, not those sad little camping utensils some places stick you with. I ended up making breakfast most mornings because there’s a proper grocery store just down the street, and sitting at their little dining table with coffee and fresh rolls while planning the day became this nice routine.

What really works about this place is the quiet – Pieschen doesn’t get the late-night party crowds that some Dresden areas do, so you’ll actually sleep through the night. The tram connections are honestly better than I expected too, which matters because you’ll probably want to explore beyond walking distance. During my stay in October, the whole neighborhood had this cozy autumn thing going on, with leaves everywhere and people bundled up heading to work in the mornings. It felt authentic in a way that’s hard to find when you’re staying in the tourist zones. The 8.2 rating makes sense – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it delivers on being a comfortable, practical base for exploring Dresden without the markup of staying in Altstadt. Plus, something about calling it “Winternest” just feels right when you’re curled up there in the evening planning the next day’s adventures.

  Θα αρχίσω με την θέση του κουτιού που έχει το κλειδί. Γυρίσαμε δύο φορές το σπίτι δεν το βρήκαμε. Μια κοπέλα εκεί μας έδειξε ποια είναι η θέση του και μας παρακάλεσε να γράψουμε να το αλλάξουν θέση ώστε να το βρίσκουν οι ενοικιαστές. Ήταν σε απόσταση από το κέντρο που δύσκολα την κάνεις με τα πόδια. Η στάση του τραμ είναι δίπλα. Στο σπίτι έχει γίνει μια προσπάθεια ανανέωσης. Η κουζίνα πολύ καλή καινούρια η τηλεόραση πολύ καλή ο καναπές άνετος το μπάνιο καλό.. Το κρεβάτι καλό.
  
  What could be improved: Λείπει μια ντουλάπα έχει μέσα έπιπλα στο υπνοδωμάτιο που απλός βρίσκονται εκεί χωρίς καμία χρησιμότητα . Η εξώπορτα όταν την δεις πρώτη φορά νομίζεις ότι είναι παραβιασμένη. Θέλει και άλλες επιδιορθώσεις. Το ρομποτικό σκουπίζει κάθε ημέρα αλλά οι ιστοί από τις αράχνες είναι αρκετοί. Ζωύφια πάντως δεν είδαμε.

  Schöne, kleine Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist und auch optisch sehr gefallen hat. Im Hof/Garten gab es auch gleich am ersten Abend angenehmen Kontakt zu den Nachbarn. Was auch hervorzuheben ist: Man braucht maximal 5 Minuten zur Elbe (mit Gastro zum draußen sitzen) oder zum ÖPNV (4 Tramlinien) oder mit dem Auto auf die Autobahn.
  
  What could be improved: Die Fenster zur Gartenseite und die Wohnungstür wirkten undicht, was im Winter eventuell problematisch sein könnte. Generell fehlten ausreichend Ablageflächen/Bügel und ein Handtuchhalter im Bad. Der sympathische Saugroboter hatte sich leider unbemerkt unter dem Sofa verklemmt. Vielleicht kann man den ein bisschen erziehen.

  Schöne moderne Wohnung. Im Grunde für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles da gewesen, was man brauchte. Das Sofa war super gemütlich und groß. Das Bett war sehr bequem und ebenfalls wirklich schön groß. Es gab einige Beschäftigungsideen und alles war sehr geräumig.
  
  What could be improved: Im Schlafzimmer stank es nach Zigaretten, auch nach mehrmaligem Lüften. Die Wohnung war leider nicht wirklich sauber, auf dem Küchentisch waren einige Krümel, viel Staub auf den Möbeln sowie Spinnenweben. Hellhörig ist sie leider auch und das Duschen war anstrengend, da man sich verbrannte, sobald jemand aus einer Nachbarswohnung gespült hat. Die Nachttischlampen sind der reinste Horror – 1x anfassen flackern sie sofort. Man musste sie mehrmals anfassen um sie zum Funktionieren zu bringen.
