  Чиста, гарна квартира, чудове ліжко. В квартирі є все необхідне для приготування їжі, у ванній є фен. Комфортно і тепло.
  Привітний і турботливий господар.

  Innerhalb v. 30 min in Innenstadt. Innerhalb von 10 min. beim Lidl, Drogerie & Staßenbahnhaltestelle. Sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung. Hübsch eingericht, gemütlich und geräumig, mit genügend Stauraum und allem Notwendigen (wie Küchezubehör, Waschmaschine, Fön, Seife etc.). Aufbettung für 3 Person stand im Wohnzimmer und hatte eine sehr bequeme Matratze. Ließ sich auch in Schlafzimmer super schlafen. Ruhig Nachbar. Gute Gegend.
  
  What could be improved: Essecke sehr dunkel und die Wandleucht nicht ausreichend hell.
  Die Duschecke ist etwas eng.
  Gab etwas Startschwierigkeiten, da die hinterlegte Telefonnummer von Vermieter einen Zahl zu viel enthielt. Ließ sich aber schnell lösen. Vermieter war nett und kommunikativ.

  Appartamento pulito e silenzioso.
  Host gentile e premuroso. In 20 minuti con il tram si arriva nel centro di Dresda.
  
  What could be improved: Appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore, comunque non avevamo troppo bagagli.

  To zwykłe mieszkanie, bez śniadania w cenie. Ale zabraliśmy prowiant ze sobą na cały czas pobytu. W Niemczech kupiłem tylko jajka na jajecznicę no i oczywiście zapas cukru do Polski. W niedalekiej odległości są Netto, Lidl, Aldi. Nieopodal jest Panometer, na trasie tramwaju 1 i 2 jest Gläserne Manufaktur.
  Przez ulicę Salzburger Strasse prowadzi jakaś linia autobusowa, ale szczerze mówiąc nawet nie sprawdzałem jej częstotliwości kursowania – bodaj co poł godziny. Zjeżdżaliśmy autem ok 1 km do Pirnaischer Strasse a stąd co kilka minut do centrum jeżdżą tramwaje linii 1 i 2, a gdyby podjechać autem trochę dalej, można dojechać do linii kolejowej po której na przemian jeżdżą pociągi z Pirny lub Bad Schandau do do dworca głównego. Tak że do dw głównego potrzebowaliśmy ok 20-25 minut. Oczywiście wszystko na podstawie biletu za 9 eur… A dworzec głowny jest absolutnym centrum logistycznym w każdym kierunku.
