  The hosts/owners were very friendly and welcoming. The offer to use the washing machine in the basement was greatly appreciated as we had been travelling for a week and some clean clothes were needed.
  The location was quiet in the evenings with the windows open.
  Street parking was plentiful and always close.
  The small balcony overlooking the garden was great for breakfast and evening drinks.

  Wir waren zu viert für ein Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
  Wir konnten schon früher anreisen und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt.
  Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
  Die Betten sind bequem und es war sehr ruhig,so dass wir gut schlafen konnten.
  Bis zur Straßenbahn sind es ca.10 min zu Fuß.
  In ca.20 min kommt man von dort in die Innenstadt.
  Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

  Die Unterkunft liegt wenige km von historischen Stadtzentrum.
  In Gehdistanz gibt es auch das eine oder andere Restaurant und S-Bahn Haltestellen (ca. 1-2km).
  Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Bei Bedarf haben die sehr netten Vermieter sofort reagiert.
  Wertstoff Container stehen um die Ecke.
  
  What could be improved: Es gibt naturbedingt keinen eigen Parkplatz. Die Stellplatzsituation in der Umgebung ist angespannt.
  (Zum Aus- und Einladen kann man aber in die Einfahrt!)
  Einen größeren Supermarkt haben wir in Gehdistanz nicht gefunden.
