  Ruhige Lage in Dresden, großer Garten.
  
  What could be improved: Der Weg zum Haus führte über große, teils kaputte Steinplatten, unmöglich den Koffer zu rollen. Wir haben uns mehrfach die Knöchel verdreht und sind fast gefallen. Der Eingang zum Objekt gleicht einer Baustelle. Der Garten machte einen verwahrlosten Eindruck, Grünabschnitte lagen vor den Wohnzimmerfenstern, große Löcher im Rasen waren mit Metallplatten lose abgedeckt. Die Haustür klemmte extrem, bleibt nach 10cm Öffnen der Tür am Boden hängen, man musste sein ganzes Körpergewicht dagegen stemmen, um diese zu öffnen. Die Küche war total verklebt, Krümel vom Vormieter auf der Arbeitsplatte, uralt-Kühlschrank mit kaputten Griffen, die von braunem Paketband zusammengehalten wurden. Man wollte in der Küche nichts anfassen. Sauberkeit generell mangelhaft, überall Spinnenweben, auch im 2. Schlafzimmer über den ganzen Raum. Dreck in Schubladen des Kinderbettes. Braune Haare auf den Handtüchern, nur 1 großes Handtuch für 2 Personen. Terassendielen gebrochen, einfach Steinplatte drübergelegt. Terassenmöbel verwittert, entsprechen nicht den Bildern auf Booking. Leider ist es nicht möglich hier Bilder hochzuladen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht. Das Schlimmste: nach einer warmen Dusche gibt es extrem laute Klopfgeräusche im Dach, wir konnten nicht schlafen. Es klang nach Feuerwerk in der Stadt. Laut Aussage des Vermieters ist dies bekannt und liegt an der Solaranlage. Dies wurde uns im Vorhinein nicht mitgeteilt. Wir reisten schon nach der ersten Nacht ab, da Schlaf und Wohlfühlen hier nicht möglich war. Nachdem wir die Mängel dem Vermieter mitgeteilt hatten und dass wir schon nach der 1. Nacht abreisen würden, wurde uns zugesichert, dass wir die anderen beiden Nächte erstattet bekommen und uns eine Rechnung zugesendet wird. Beides ist auch 2 Wochen nach der Abreise nicht erfolgt und der Vermieter antwortet auf keine Kontaktaufnahme.

  Großes Haus mit schönem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Kurze Wege in die Natur und in die Stadt.

  Traumhaft ruhige Lage, dennoch alles in der Nähe, was man braucht und Dresden Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses erweckt den Anschein, man wäre zu Hause.
