  freundlicher Vermieter; Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück; Haus von Grund auf renoviert – alles neu; obwohl es zu Dresden gehört, fühlt man sich wie in einer ruhigen Kleinstadt;
  Für mich war die Unterkunft optimal – eine ruhige Basis, wo ich einiges im Dresdner Umland machen konnte;
  
  What could be improved: Ich war bei sehr sommerlichen Wetter dort – da hätte ich gerne Eis im Tiefkühler deponiert. Leider war der nicht vorhanden. Hatte ich auch dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Er wollte drüber nachdenken einen nachzurüsten.
  Je nach dem wie der Wind steht, ist die Autobahn zu hören.
  
  Für mich haben die positiven Punkte deutlich überwogen.

  Das Ferienhaus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Egal ob mit dem Auto oder der Straßenbahn.
  Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

  Podle mě bylo dobré vybavení uvnitř domu a celkově to uvnitř vypadalo vlastně hezky.
  
  What could be improved: Chybí mi komunikace v angličtině, pokud někdo provozuje airbnb, tudíž nepřijíždí pouze místní obyvatelé nebo pouze lidé, kteří umí německy. Bohužel na mě majitel mluvil pouze v němčině, i když jsem opakovaně říkala, že mluvím jen anglicky a němčině ani nerozumím. Moc se mi nelíbilo ani to, že mám nedostatek soukromí – bohužel je opravdu velmi vidět do oken. Musela jsem mít furt zatažené závěsy. Majitel má vlastní baráček hned pod vámi, tento baráček (váš) je tedy na jeho pozemku a všude kolem se na vás mohou lidi dívat 🙁 a to beru jako silné mínus. Je tu problém s topením, přehřívá se podlaha a bohužel jsem na to nebyla upozorněna dopředu, nevěděla jsem, jak situaci vyřešit, ale nakonec si majitel všiml, že mám furt otevřená okna a přišel sám – ukázal mi tlačítko ve skříňce. Lokalita je opravdu špatná, nejbližší autobus je 12 minut pěšky a jinak kolem nic není. Je to prostě oblast s rodinnými baráčky, ale čekala jsem to asi trochu jinak. A taky ne všude byl utřen prach.
