The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in some sterile hotel room. What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night, which surprised me given that you’re on a main street. Sure, you’ll hear some late-night chatter from people heading home from the bars on Hauptstraße, but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you up – more like the gentle hum of a neighborhood that’s actually alive.

Here’s the thing about staying in Neustadt – you’re going to discover Dresden the way most visitors never do. The Elbe riverbank is right there for morning runs (or evening beers, honestly), and you’re walking distance from Pfunds Molkerei, which locals will tell you is worth the tourist crowds. The staff at Dresden Neustadt Apartments seem to get this too – they’re not pushing generic restaurant recommendations but actually know which bakery opens earliest and where to find decent coffee on Sundays. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but that’s just city life in Germany. The 8.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. Plus, you’re staying in a part of Dresden that still feels authentic, before you cross the river into the reconstructed old town that, beautiful as it is, can feel a bit like a museum after a while.

  The place is located in a very comfortable area with the access to everything you need: tram and train lines, groceries and lots of restaurants. 30 minutes walk to all main sightseeings.

  Sunset views from the dinning room are awesome. The flat is very cozy and comfortable. Max make sure to have lovely details for his guests. We enjoyed so much the grained coffee!! Kitchen is very well equipped.

  Great location, about 15 minutes walking distance from Dresden Neustadt station. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern looking. Close by to many restaurant options and tram stop. Sofa bed was very easy to set up. Incredible value for the money spent.
  
  What could be improved: There weren't enough curtains to cover the windows entirely in the living room, which might be annoying for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Personally I'm not a big fan of classical style furniture.

  It's a spacious and pretty apartment, it was clean and had everything I needed. On top of that the view is great. Also there are many restaurants and cafés nearby as well as a grocery store in walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: There was a cigarette smell in the building, but you can't smell it inside of the apartment. The wifi didn't work very well.

  Spacious apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Tram line is just outside as well as supermarket. Bars and food stores were very close. Parking is easy just Infront.
  
  What could be improved: Curtain in the bathroom was dirty. Overall apartment could be cleaned better. The lamp in the living room was extremely lightening.
