  Für unsere Zwecke war es eine ideale Ferienwohnung. Tiefgarage direkt unter der Wohnung. Ruhig. Wir konnten uns gut erholen, in der Küche stand sogar Kaffee, wir hatten unseren vergessen. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin hat immer auf Anhieb geklappt.

  Die Lage ist gut. Ruhig, viel Grün und ein sicheres Parkplatz in abgeschlossenem Parking. Die Wohnung hat einen Potenzial aber…
  
  What could be improved: Die Treppe zur Wohnung (2 Stock) ist ziemlich steil. In der Wohnung hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die eigentlichen Bewohner nach Hause kommen. Der Kühlschrank und die Gefriertruhe waren voll. Im Bad lagen die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Bettunterlage war mit einem grossen Urinfleck verunreinigt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Wir haben die Vermieterin über diese Mängel informiert und die Wohnung sofort verlassen. Für die Nacht haben wir eine andere Unterkunft in Dresden gefunden. Wir haben von Booking in einem Schreiben die Rückerstattung des bezahlten Geldes verlangt.

  Sehr nette Vermieterin,die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden auch für längeren Urlaub. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht zum ACDC Konzert dort, würden die Wohnung aber jederzeit wieder mieten. Also klare Empfehlung. Danke.
