  The place looks really good, and it is close to the city centre, the bus stops directly in front of the building. The kitchen is well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that was a little bit off is the communication style of the owners. We got a small bedsheet for the sofa bed and we requested a bigger one, and they asked a lot of questions and even for a photo, and they did not believe that we got a small one. They came to replace it but still tought the original was big enough. After that, they saw one of our friends who came to visit for a few hours, and they pretty much accused us of having an extra person there and we did not like the style it was delivered in. After they realized the mistake, they were very nice but it still left an uneasy feeling in us.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation und das Check-in sind unkompliziert und freundlich, die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem (auch das Bettsofa!), alles ist sauber und durch den Aufzug auch für ältere Menschen leicht erreichbar.
  
  Die Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor der Haustür erlaubt es, auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt einfach zu erreichen.
  
  Bäckerei und Mini-Markt sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
  
  Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.
  
  What could be improved: Plauen ist ein lebendiger Stadtteil. Durch die zentrale Lage an der Chemnitzer Straße ist es zu manchen Tageszeiten auf dem Balkon durchaus auch mal etwas lauter.

  Die Einrichtung präsentierte sich modern und umfassend ausgestattet. Lediglich das Fehlen kleiner Gabeln ist zu ergänzen. Der alltägliche Bedarf wurde ansonsten vollständig abgedeckt.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung war sehr stickig und schwül. Aufgrund der Lage des Balkons und der Fenster an einer stark befahrenen Straße war ein Öffnen der Fenster jedoch kaum zumutbar. Nachts war dies gänzlich unmöglich. Der Wasserhahn war defekt, und der Backofen wies eingebrannte Stellen auf und entwickelte im gewählten Betriebsmodus einen unangenehmen Geruch.

  Квартира расположена рядом с остановкой. Шикарный балкон,а также ванная в которой можно понежиться после дневной прогулки по достопримечательностям.
  
  What could be improved: Заселение в апартаменты возможна была с 15.00. Мы приехали в 16.30 и нас встретила уборщица,которая не успела закончить уборку. Были перепутаны фамилии ,она ожидала женщину с тремя детьми,а нас было трое взрослых и подросток,ей пришлось позвонить хозяину и они какое-то время разбирались,потом она нас пустила в номер.В номере везде ползали муравьи(фото прилагаю),был сломан кран на кухне а также не было губок для посуды. Была кофемашина,но не было капсул.Диван очень не удобный для двоих,ужасные подушки,они пустые внутри.
  Спать с открытыми окнами было проблематично так как под окнами находиться оживленная дорога. Но это все не испортило наше пребывание в Дрездене потому что он прекрасен.
