Every element serves a practical purpose.

  日本から家族3人（夫婦、子供一人）で滞在しました。鍵の受け取りはとてもスムーズで、住所もトラムの駅の近くで分かりやすい立地にあります。オーナーはとても親切で、私たちを歓迎してくれ、生後半年の子供のためにベビーベッドやベビーバスを用意してくれました。これまで、海外で長期滞在するときに大変なのは、使用可能な洗濯機を探すことでしたが、このアパートには洗濯機が部屋にあり、とても便利でした。最寄りのトラム駅へ歩いて数分で、その近さを考えると、空港やドレスデンの観光地へ行くのにとても便利です。近くのスーパーはNettoを利用することができました。これまでヨーロッパで長期滞在をたくさんしましたが、これ以上の宿を探すことは難しく、私の経験では、最も快適で親切なオーナーのアパートであると思いました。

  Аппартаменты находятся в тихом районе Дрездена, 10 минут на машине от центра. Рядом остановка трамвая, не далеко супермаркет. Квартира очень чистая и комфортная. Есть все необходимое. Хозяйка очень приятная, говорит также на русском и украинском. Через Букинг общалась с дочкой, отвечала сразу и была очень внимательна. Очень рекомендую.

  Property is a very good size and is extremely well fitted out with your every thing you are likely to need, and more.
  With the tram service close by, it was very convenient getting to and from the centre of the city.
  A handy small supermarket is just up the road, whilst there is also a good pizza restaurant on the corner.
  The hosts provided great communications and we had a fantastic time during our stay.
  Highly recommended and we will return if ever anywhere near Dresden again.

  The apartment is located in a very nice district, close to the tram line which goes directly to the main train station, it's less than 15 minutes of a ride. There's also a good fast food restaurant just a few steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe even when returning later in the evening.
  I was surprised how well equipped the apartment is, it had washing machine and iron, but also all necessary cleaning agents and many kitchen utensils (even a blender!). I appreciate that the owner thought about providing the detergent for the washing machine.
  It was super clean, we were provided with plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed which turned out to be really spacious.
  
  What could be improved: It's really hard to provide any negative feedback – I enjoyed the stay and would gladly return there. There are only a couple of minor suggestions:
  – It would be useful to have a frying pan in the kitchen,
  – Some instructions on how to sort the trash and what to do with glass waste would help future guests,
  – Having a wifi password written down on a piece of paper somewhere in the apartment would be helpful 🙂
