  What could be improved: No way to darken the room, there was a table on the patio right in front of our windows which everyone could use – and as it turned out it was used till after 23 hrs. The windows are old and do not insulate sound so we heard everything even though the people were talking normally.

  What could be improved: Possibilità di pagare solo in contanti, cosa un po' fuori tempo.
  Non abbiamo mai incontrato l'host, quindi non possiamo valutarlo.
  Leggero odore in bagno.
  Va curata di più la pulizia nei cassetti della cucina, dove erano presenti briciole dai precedenti clienti e sistemati alcuni cassetti del mobilio, che non stanno su.

  The location is great. Lots of places to get groceries, bakeries etc. great access to public transportation. Big parking lot if you arrive by car.
  
  What could be improved: It said it would fit 5 people. It had one Queen, one twin bed. The pull out couch is not suitable for an adult for longer then a night.

  Nice and very spacious appartment in safe and quiet location, and only 10min to old town via tram. Keys only a phone call away, host very nice. Large living room, with couch, big dining table, kitchen, TV, stable internet. Bedroom extra. Bathroom with huge tub and soap. Would definitely come here again. Lots of parking space.

  I cannot rate the room advertised, because the owner called me the morning before check in time and told me I couldn't use the room for some reason (maintenance as far as I can remember) and he proposed another room, to a different part of the city. The communication was great though, through whatsapp. The new room, was also easier to access public transportation than the one we didn't use.
  
  What could be improved: The other room was ok, but it didn't have blinds on the windows of the bedroom, so we had to use a blanket for a DIY blind! Also they didn't accept card, only cash (we didn't know that before the booking, I only knew we would have to pay at the accommodation), so we had to leave the money on the kitchen and someone came while we were outside and took it, which it doesn't feel so comfortable, someone entering your room in a foreign country. It just doesn't feel the same as in a hotel with room service. There weren't any problems though, but it would be good to know the paying procedure! Kitchen cutlery weren't very clean, although we didn't use them.

  Compact, clean, comfortable apartment for a short stay. Close to the city, but with ample private parking. Easy key pick up from lock box. Very easy communication with the owner.

  What could be improved: It stinks of something strange in the whole apartment. And it could be more tidy. And the whole apartment looks pretty bad, pictures on booking don't show how it's in reality.
