  Nice location, not so far from the centre by tram.

  Vermieter war freundlich und bemüht, Fehler abzustellen. Schlafraum war ausreichend und in dem Doppelbett konnte man gut schlafen.
  
  What could be improved: Die fehlende Sauberkeit: Gläser waren stumpf, Kaffeekanne von Innen vermutlich noch nie gereinigt, Deko war eingestaubt und im Bad war der Spiegel streifig und die Dusche fleckig und zu eng. Die Fensterrahmen waren sehr schmutzig. Weiterhin gab es technische Defekte: beim Versuch, den Föhn zu benutzen, verabschiedete der sich mit einem Knall und qualmend, der Wasserkocher schaltete sich nicht von allein ab, der Rauchmelder fehlte, es war nur eine Montageplatte vorhanden, der Übergang von Schlauch zur Handbrause war undicht. Die Wohnung lag in der obersten Etage, einen Hinweis auf Fluchtwege haben wir nicht gefunden.
